On Site/On Line Living Estate Sale

We are back to having on site Estate Sales this weekend.  We will have a few differences in our sale.  We will be monitoring how many shoppers are in the sale. We have to calculate by the number of square feet in the house and that tells us the number of shoppers we can have in the house at a time.  We will have a door person handing out cards and when they are all given out then no more may come in until others leave.  Please respect this and be patient w/us. I promise we don't like it any better than you do.  This is a relatively large home w/3 floors so there is this week should not be too bad.  We do have tape down on the floor 6 feet a part at check out.  Please respect other people's space.  We are offering porch pick up or even curb pick up if you are uncomfortable coming into the sale. You may look at the ad and the pictures and if there is something you would like, you may message me, text or call or talk to the worker at the front door and we will retrieve it and you can pay outside and take it away.  We also offer in city limits porch drop off for small items for $5.00 delivery fee or delivery of furniture for $25.00 per hour per person it takes to carry it.  If there other ways to meet your needs to feel safe, do let us know and if we can we will take care of it.
