Our goal is to provide a safe & controlled environment for our shoppers & team. We will limit the number of shoppers inside the sale home based on the square footage of the home.  You may be asked to wait before entering the sale. Thank you for your understanding. 
 
Directions:  Take East Nifong to S Rock Quarry Rd and turn right.  Turn left onto Scarborough Dr.  Park on the main road of Scarborough Dr and then walk down the side street to 1810.  

A few new items for your information:
*There is no parking on the sale street this week as it is a dead end road and there is no place to turn around easily.
*We have updated our Bulk Price lists.
*As of 2023 we will only allow bids to be placed on select items.
*Per our cold weather policy: we will hand out numbers beginning at 7:15am on Friday morning if it is colder than 32 degrees at that time.

Our regular reminders:
*Please do not block driveways or mailboxes when parking.
*Please do not hold a place in line for others.  This is not fair to those who stand in line.  Thank you for your cooperation.


2015 Honda Odyssey
We have a well maintained, one owner, 2015 Honda Odyssey for sale this week!  It has 53,000 miles with lots of options including leather seats, DVD rear entertainment system, sunroof, push button start, bluetooth, heated front seats, and a 3rd row magic seat.  A full features list can be found on the original door sticker in our photo album.  

If you wish to take a test drive bring your license and proof of insurance during our sale hours on Friday or Saturday.  

The current high offer is $20,500. No further public updates on bidding will be available.  If you wish to place a bid send us a private message via FB or place a private bid in person this Friday or Saturday.  Bidding closes at noon on Saturday.  Bids must be made in $500 increments.  A $1,000 non-refundable deposit will be required of the top bidder on Saturday.  Full payment will be expected via cashiers check by Jan 17th at 5pm.  Title will not be turned over until the check has cleared.

UPDATE: Due to significant demand, we have made a minor adjustment. Anyone interested in the van will have the opportunity to submit a PRIVATE offer by noon on Saturday. Please feel free to submit your offer in person or via private message; there will be no public bidding tomorrow.
