Thank you for checking out our estate sale. We hope you find many treasures to take home. My mother recently moved into a nursing home and the remaining household and personal items need to be dispersed.
A few rules….
CASH only please. No checks and we are not equipped to take credit or debit.

No children please (lots of breakable items)

There will be NO public restroom but some are close by.

There is small flight of stairs inside home.

By entering property you acknowledge that the owner is indemnified against any claims of injury or loss. Enter at your own risk. Owner is not responsible for accidents or injury. Please be careful.

All items are “AS IS”
No refunds, returns or exchanges.
All sales final

Loading bought items is your responsibility. Please bring help for large items. We will not load items for you. Buyer is responsible for removal of items by 1 hour before closing on June 5th.

I do have some boxes and paper and bags for wrapping items but if we run out then please have your own. Wrapping items is your responsibility

This is an estate sale of items my mother left behind in her move to a nursing home. There’s furniture including two large wooden bookcases, end tables and a coffee table and a large beautiful china hutch.  Several bed frames, a 3 piece bedroom suite with mattress and boxspring, kitchen table and 6 chairs, recliners and more.
Included in the sale is lots of home medical equipment. Several lift chairs, potty chairs, walkers and wheel chairs.

lots of jewelry.. earrings, necklaces, watches and more 

Lots of lamps, glassware, china and figurines. Many dating from the 1970’s and earlier.
