• All items are sold, as is and final; with no returns, exchanges, refunds, or warranties implied.
• Please bring help and proper transportation for loading large items as we do not provide straps, dollies, carts or assistance of any kind.
• Buyer accepts full responsibility for removal and loading of purchases by 400pm.
• We may limit the number of people inside the property at any given time for safety and security reasons.
