We do not close early!
No line numbers will be given out. First come, first serve. We reserve the right to limit the amount of people allowed in the house at one time.
All prices will be firm on Saturday. Price reductions will start on Sunday.
Backpacks and large purses are not allowed. You are welcome to bring boxes or utility tote type bags. We also provide bags for your purchases.
WE WILL PROSECUTE SHOPLIFTERS.
We will not tolerate price switching. If you are seen switching price tags you will be asked to leave.
Bring your own help and tools for all furniture and large purchases. We are not staffed to help move/load large items.
We never presell. Occasionally we will list a specialty item prior to and outside of the sale to help increase the possibility of selling such item. This information will be clearly stated in the ads.
We do everything possible to ensure that all items listed/pictured are available at the start of the sale however, sometimes the family will pull an item just prior. We will do our best to make corrections to the listing when this happens.
