Living Estate Sale – FINAL 3-Part Event – Please Read Carefully
This is a Living Estate Sale that will take place in three separate sales, we are on sale #3. Please read all details below before attending.
The homeowners still reside on the property and may be present during the sale. We kindly ask that you do not disturb them.
The sale will take place in the basement only. Please follow the arrows and caution tape to guide you to the walk-out double door entrance.

-Be respectful of the property and the homeowners' privacy at all times.
-No 50% discounts will be offered until last day of sale Part 3, this Sunday.
-We will have limited grocery bags and no packing materials, so please bring your own if possible.
-We cannot hold items past Sunday at 3pm, and you must bring help to move any heavy purchases. Hold Tables Available
-We are not responsible for accidents, so please watch where you walk. You break it you buy it. 
-Please do not park in the driveway, on neighbors’ lawns/driveways or cul de sac.
-Most shelving/tables are the estate sale companies. We will put bright yellow price tags on what shelving is available on Sunday. NSF on ours. 
- Books are all sold
