Line placement will not start until 8am on opening day of sale. Markers may be used as long as you are on still on site (you are welcome to wait in your car). No overnight camping or day before markers are allowed. Items will be priced and sold first-come, first-serve after any opening auctions. Pricing is not available before the sale.

To be fair to any interested parties, if multiple buyers are interested in the same item, that item will be auctioned off to the highest bidder.

Items must be paid for before they can be removed.

Valuable items such as coins, jewelry, firearms, and precious metals, are secured off-site until the time of sale.
All money and valuables are removed from the premises overnight during the sale.

Firearms may be subject to an FFL Background Check and/or FFL Transfer.

We appreciate our customers being considerate of neighbor’s property while attending our sales.
Please do not block driveways or park in yards.

The location driveway is for pick-up and loading only. Watch for signs.

Accepted methods of payment are cash, Venmo, and credit cards.
