Note:  There are no line numbers.  However, if it is raining or snowing, we will allow entry into the garage to shop and wait for the 10:00 opening to the house.

Living Room:  An original piece of art by artist MICHAELS hangs above a quality CENTURY brand floral sofa.  To the right are separately priced CENTURY brand occasional chairs in a raspberry/yellow stripe upholstery.  Also shown is a wine cellarette [in the corner] and a heavy iron coffee table with glass top and an iron/glass candleholder.  Some closer photos follow.  Living Room:  The cheery CENTURY sofa  measures 85" long and has three attached back cushions, three detached seat cushions, and two matching toss pillows.Living Room:  The original art by listed artist "MICHAELS" (as he signs his works) measures 36" x 36."   Michael J. Griffin was born in New Jersey in 1941 and served in the Marine Corps in the early 1960s.  Michaels has a unique blend of realism and expressionism, creating abstract patterns of color and light.   He has most often been represented by T.R.'s Gallery in New York.Living Room:  A vintage mahogany wine cellarette is on an attached stand and has brass carrying handles.  A photo of the interior follows.  (The key will be with the cashier.)Living Room:  This is the inside of the cellarette.  The separator is removable in case you want to store other items in this cabinet. (The key will be with the cashier.)Living Room:  The two CENTURY brand occasional chairs are priced individually.  The small butler table is one piece.Living Room:  The recently purchased contemporary cream color leather sofa is to the left of a heavy iron coffee table with glass top.  An original painting hangs above the fireplace. Closer photos are coming up.Living Room:  The 7' leather sofa has attached back and seat cushions.  It was recently purchased at Macy's.Living Room:  The heavy iron table with glass top measures 28" x 40" and displays an iron/glass hurricane candleholder.Living Room:  This original painting (41" x 42") of cross-country skiers is by listed artist Italo George Barrel-Botti, who was born on March 24, 1923 in New York.
He is the son of Italian immigrants who came from Agripoli, Italy in 1920.  Botti attended the Brooklyn Academy of Fine Arts, Leonardo da Vinci School of 
Art, the Abracheff School of Fine Art, the National Academy of Design, and the Art Students League
He studied under Frank Vincent Dumond, Nicolai Abracheff, Reginald Marsh, and Bernard Lamott.
Botti  taught at the City College of New York, the Art Students League, and the Art Institute of Chicago
He painted under the pseudonyms "George Barrel" and "Barrel Botti", before starting to use his birth name, Italo Botti.   This piece is signed "Barrel."Living Room:  A slant-front drop leaf secretary over four drawers has a banded design and bracket feet.  Also shown is an authentic vintage French poster, leather books and a small faux plant.  Closer photos follow.Living Room:  The secretary is now open to reveal numerous interior compartments.Living Room:  An original French lithograph "Elle est attendue!" poster is signed by Lemm and was purchased at the "Tree of Art" shop in Paris, France (a copy of the original receipt is available.)  It measures 30-l/2" x 40."  Living Room/Dining Area:  A handsome HENREDON table has a beveled glass top with a wooden base that has brass embellishments.  There is a total of six HENREDON chairs (two arm and four side) that are priced separately from the table. Closer photos follow.  Living Room/Dining Area:  This is a side view of the HENREDON table base.  Notice the scroll inserts at the top legs and the brass embellishments on the stretchers and legs.Living Room/Dining Area:   A large copper lidded tureen rests on an oval under-plate.  It was made in Switzerland.Living Room/Dining Area: This is one of two of the  HENREDON arm chairs.  Each seat is caned, and the back splat has a cut-out design. (The set incudes two arm chairs and four side chairs.)Living Room/Dining Area: Two of the four HENREDON side chairs flank a contemporary "Belaire" credenza/sideboard (60" wide x 18-l/2" deep x 34-l/2" tall) which was recently purchased at Macy's.  A silver-plate tray of battery-operated candles is also displayed.Kitchen:  A beautiful LANE WeatherMaster All-Natural Indoor/Outdoor table with glass top and four arm chairs with chair cushions is near an original piece of art (shown in next photo).  This set is in excellent condition.   The chair was pulled to the side so you could see the table's base.  The table is set with LENOX Butterfly Meadow-Dragonfly china.Kitchen:  This original art with flowers and a sailboat scene measures 36-l/2" square and is by listed artist Kenneth Kaye (born 1951).  Kaye was born in New York City in 1951 and is a Postwar & Contemporary artist.  He is well known for his landscape/seascape paintings of Fire Island and The Pines and Long Island.  In the 1970's, his paintings were signed as "Kaye."  However, from 1980 on, he signed his paintings "Kenneth Kaye," and that is how this one is signed.
Kitchen:  A white metal bamboo-look etagere has six removable glass shelves.  It measures 26" wide x 14" deep x 78" tall.  The accessories shown are also for sale.Case:  This is one of three cases which display a variety of items.  This one has jewelry; the next two cases have vintage lead soldiers and collectibles. The nightstands and the lamps are priced in pairs.Master Bedroom-First Floor:  The KING mattress set is a BEAUTY-REST and is priced separately from the king bed.  It was purchased in November 2015 [along with the bedroom set] from Macy's.  Master Bedroom-Main Floor:  This 8-drawer chest measures 38" wide x 19" deep x 58" tall.  It is from the BRYANT PARK collection from Macy's. Master Bedroom-Main Floor:   A 9-drawer dresser also from the BRYANT PARK collection from Macy's measures 60" wide x 19" deep x 41" tall.
