-All bidders must present valid ID which will be photographed and stored offline for 30 days.

-If you are winning bidder on any firearm you must be a legal resident of the state of Missouri, and legally able to possess a firearm and will be required to sign a form representing that you have a legal right to purchase and possess a firearm in the state of Missouri. A valid ID must be presented at time of ownership transfer and signature and name must match signature on form.
-We do not accept bids on firearms from out of state bidders. If you present an out of state ID your winning bid purchase will be considered null and void.
-Statements made sale day take precedence over written material and advertising.
-We expect our customers to act in a way that best represents themselves in a caring and kind manner. We do not tolerate fraudulent behavior, disrespect of others or substance abuse. If you are witnessed acting in a way we believe is not welcoming of others or in a way which makes others feel unsafe you will be asked to leave.
