Same family home since approximately 1967/68, with nearly 60 years of accumulated household goods, tools, collectibles, new-old-stock merchandise, holiday décor, electronics, furniture and more.

This estate has not been professionally picked over or cherry-picked by an estate-sale company, auction house or group of dealers. The family has already spent hundreds of hours sorting and clearing the property, and there is still an enormous amount of merchandise.

Most everyday merchandise will be priced by table or section rather than individually. Better and higher-value items will be individually priced.

There is also a substantial amount of new-in-box and new-old-stock merchandise accumulated over decades.

EVERYTHING IS FOR SALE. The goal is to clear the property so the house can be listed.

For safety and space reasons, the house and unfinished basement will not be open to general shopper traffic. Merchandise will be available in designated sale areas. Serious bulk buyers may inquire about additional inventory and may be shown other areas at the seller’s discretion.

Large-item pickup can be arranged.
