Cash preferred but we will accept a local check with ID ONLY. We are not responsible for accidents. YOU MUST BRING HELP TO LOAD HEAVY ITEMS. We reserve the right to refuse entry to the sale to anyone, for any reason. We are full price on the first day and we will negotiate pricing on the second day.

PLEASE be courteous to our staff and to one another. Please respect the family, their property, and their neighbors.

Line numbers will be set out in a bowl on the driveway as soon as we arrive early Saturday morning.
