HSH Estates Inc has been invited by David and Joleen Gramling into their downtown Grain Valley home to host this event.

The estate sale is held in the house and the detached barbershop. Both are an amazing amount of collectible and memorabilia items.

There is a large selection of sports memorabilia including baseball, football, golf, racing, and more. One particular item of interest is the 2004 Kansas City Royals Opening Day Information Sheet signed by Garth Brooks!!
