This is a nationally advertised sale. This is how we handle out of state buyers. If you see an item you are interested in contact us and we will share the asking price with you. If that amount is acceptable to you we will then take your charge information and hold it on file. If the item is available after the first 15 minutes of the day we will mark it sold and run your the item on your charge account, if the item has sold in the first 15 minutes of the day we will delete all of your personal information. We will charge your account for the item only, if we help you with shipping we will ask for your information again and only bill you for the actual price of shipping, there will be NO handeling fee, box fee etc. Good luck to you all!

It is with get excitement that I am announcing DLHowell Designs next sale.  We were awarded the living estate sale of Carlie and Jim Beisel. Carlie and Jim have been anchors in the English riding and hunt scene in the Kansas City area for over 40 years. Carlie has trained at her farm and taken many young riders to receive ribbons and awards at many venues including the KC Royal. 

Carlie and Jim came from the east cost Carlie from Baltimore and Jim from Pennsylvania. Carlie brought many beautiful pieces of furniture and decorative items from her childhood home when she and Jim came to the Midwest. It is now our great pleasure to be able to offer them to you in the upcoming Living Estate Sale at their beautiful farm located in Greenwood Missouri. The sale will be a four day sale held Memorial Day weekend Friday-Monday May 25-28.
