This is the estate of Mr. And Mrs. Dugan. Her house is packed full of antiques and collectables. The sale highlight is a spectacular 19th century cupboard. Other items include original art by Lester Gaba, grain store counter, stoneware, crocks, quilts, converlet, primitives, jewelry. Mrs. Dugan was a local artist, and her house is full of her art.
