Terms & Conditions

1. All items being sold are attempted to be accurately described as possible by auction staff. All items are being sold as-is. Bidder is responsible for determining condition of each item prior to bidding and takes sole responsibility for interpretation of the items they are bidding on.

2. Items are being offered with a 30-day money back guarantee if deemed to be described wrong. Contact us immediately with any questions or concerns of authenticity. Items will need to be returned within 30 days in the same condition as sold before a full refund plus buyer's premium will be sent to the bidder. At no time is the auction company obligated to pay more than the sale price plus buyer's premium for returns. Any other expenses will be the buyer's responsibility.

3. All items offered will be sold to the highest bidder. Auctioneer has final say and judgement of the auction. All sales are final, and no bidder can revoke their bid. The auctioneer has the right to correct himself before and during the auction and has final judgement over all disputes.

4. There will be a 15% buyer's premium added to each item purchased. A 10% buyer's premium will be added to in house bids. Items not paid for in a timely manner will be reverted back to the auction company to be sold again in a later sale.

5. Any announcements made day of the sale take precedence over previous catalogue information.

6. All items in the auction were found and obtained by legal means.

7. All bids are the buyer's responsibility. A successful bid is a legally binding contract. Auctioneer reserves the right to revoke and suspend a bidder from attending and bidding in an auction at any time. Auctioneer and staff reserve the right to bid on items within the auction.

8. A 3% payment collection processing charge will be added to the invoice at the end of the sale to cover credit card, Live Auctioneers, or PayPal fees.

9. Purchases may be subject to Sales Tax according to State and Federal requirements at the time of the sale.

10. Items that are 75 years or older we will not ship to Germany or Australia. Those two countries are bad about taking old things and giving them back to their country of origin. If there is an item you are interested in and live in one of those two countries contact us ahead of time if you arnt sure about your countries laws. There is a no-return policy on items we ship from the United States. We havnt had any issues ourselves but have heard horror stories from other auction houses. A third party shipper may be used depending on what is being shipped.

Please allow us time to process invoices. As a rule, we have invoices out on next evening after the sale. Our shipping is Quick, Reasonably Priced, and Secure. Buyers wanting to pick up please contact us ahead of time that you are coming by.
