This is a mid century one owner home in a beautiful neighborhood in Hazelwood, Mo. It is not far off interstate 270 and McDonnell Boulevard. The family took very good care of all their possessions.

Social Distancing is the order of the day!! Masks must be worn. We practice strict social distancing standards and require you to do the same.
For your protection , we will ONLY allow 10 shoppers into the sale at one time.
WHEN ONE CUSTOMER LEAVES we will welcome another shopper. 

PATIENCE: You may experience longer than usual wait times for entry and checkout. We will work hard to quickly get you on your way. Due to the fact this LARGE home has many items, not everything will be priced. It will be at a different pace than a usual estate sale due to the unique times we live in.
The home has merchandise in the Full Basement, Garage , Shed , Bedrooms, Living Room, Kitchen,  Backyard and Yard Shed and Dining room for your shopping pleasure.

PAYMENTS: Cash is Queen! 
We accept debit and credit cards with 5% fee added to use the card and no tax. ($20 minimum for cards)

BAGS: No bags allowed and any purse bigger than a wallet must be kept in your vehicle. Please leave your purses at home if you do not wish to lock them in your car.

PARKING: Easy parking near the home but the neighbors will tow if you block them. Please be respectful.
