Any bidder wishing to pay cash will need to contact 314-600-8515 before the auction ends. Any bidder wishing to pay with a different credit card can update their payment type by logging into their account in APro. Internet Auction Payments:

All sales are strictly in United States dollars (bank wire transfers and credit card payments; are subject to reporting requirements).
Credit Card (Visa or Master Card, and Discover only) may be accepted up to $1,500 from non-dealers at the sole discretion of the Auctioneer, subject to the following limitations:

sales are only to the cardholder

purchases are shipped to the cardholder’s registered and verified address

Auctioneer may pre-approve the cardholder’s credit line and must transact immediately upon invoice presentation. Rights of return are governed by these Terms and Conditions, which supersede those conditions promulgated by the card issuer.

Invoices totaling less than $1,500 may be paid by credit card (Mastercard, Visa, Discover). Invoices that total over $1.500 must be paid by wire transfer.

Payment is due upon closing of the Auction session, or upon presentment of an invoice.
Auctioneer reserves the right to void an invoice and cancel all bids by bidder if payment in full
is not received within 3 business days after the close of the Auction. In cases of nonpayment,
Auctioneer’s election to void a sale does not relieve the Bidder from their obligation to pay
Auctioneer fees (including the Buyer’s premium) on the lot and any other damages pertaining
to the lot.

Wearing a mask is not required if you have been vaccinated, or have recovered from COVID.
There will be a signup sheet outside. Please sign up when you get to the site and we will call your name when we can let you in.
Only one winning bidder with no more than 3 helpers will be allowed in at a time, if loading out large & heavy items, such as furniture.

We will expect the bidders to adhere to the CDC social distancing recommendations and asking bidders to maintain at least a 6 ft distance from our staff, and other bidders.

While we are doing our best to ensure your and our safety, you are picking up at your own risk.

We are sorry for any inconvenience but hope you understand our concern for your and our safety.

Due to insurance restrictions, our staff at Coast2Coast Auctions, a subsidiary of Mound City Auctions, will be available to help find your items but will not be allowed to assist you with loading, therefore please being any helpers, tools (dolly's straps, etc) you may need to load your items. Please make sure you bring a pen to sign your invoice as we will not be sharing pens anymore.

Please come prepared with a proper vehicle, labor, moving supplies, boxes, packing material, and tools.

If you cannot attend the pickup, please contact one of our recommended third-party shippers. These services will be at your expense and must be arranged by you, before the date of the pickup. Bidders will be charged a $100 convenience fee for any late or early pickups (if they can be arranged at all).
