This will be a CASH ONLY sale. Sorry, but there will be no exceptions. If you are not prepared to handle a cash only situation, you will need to go to an ATM. We will hold items up to an hour if you need to go get cash. We have never taken credit/debit cards. We are sorry for any inconvenience, but are advising you up front of this cash only situation.
Hours are as follows...
- on Friday, doors open at 9am, close at 3pm. Line numbers will be given out at 8 am.
- on Saturday, doors open at 9am, close at 3pm
- on Sunday, doors open at 9am, close at 3pm
You will have until 3pm Sunday to pick up any large purchases made up until then.
Pricing Structure:
Prices are marked and are firm on our first day, Friday
On Saturday, our second day, we will be 25% off of the marked prices
On our final day, Sunday, we will be half off.
The BIG EVENT is almost here!!! We’ve been touting this weekend’s sale for quite some time now, and here it is.
We have rented a two-story commercial building across the street from our Estate Sale Store in High Ridge and we have moved 3 households into this building. This building is PACKED !!! I’ll try to hit some of the highlights here, but will never be able to cover it all.
FURNITURE: Lots of it – Antiques, Mid Century Modern, Current stuff, Good Stuff, Crappy Stuff… It’s all here.
DISNEY COLLECTIBLES: Probably the largest Disney collection you will ever come across. Thousands of items – All priced to sell.
TOOLS: A nice assortment of older tools and some great yard tools. Not many are in the pictures yet since we are still setting up. But they are here…
KITCHENWARE: A wide assortment of all the major brands including Corning Ware, Pyrex and Tupperware.
CHRISTMAS: Tons of it… All eras.
COLLECTIBLES: Besides the Disney Collection, we’ll be offering all sorts of other collectibles including a nice CLOWN Collection, some beer steins, a Lapel Pin collection, etc.
Other misc. household items include a large Flat Screen T.V., beautiful Lamps, thousands of Knick Knacks including vases, ash trays, figurines and plush toys.
Everything will be priced at this this three day sale. As always, we will be firm on Friday, 25% off on Saturday and 50% off on Sunday. Sale hours are 9 a.m. till 3 p.m. all three days. But while you are there, we are assuming you will walk on over to our Estate Sale Store and check out the bargains there. In conjunction with our Estate Sale, Our store called “MORE STUFF” will be 20 % off the same three days of the sale. Store hours are 8 a.m. till 6 p.m. this same weekend.
But the fun continues this weekend and we hope you will visit our friends next door to us at KELLY’s RESALE & COLLECTIBLES. They will be featuring 10% off on Friday and Saturday, and Kelly’s vendors will be hosting a huge SIDEWALK SALE on their parking lot.
AND FINALLY… Our favorite Restaurant – JILLY’s CAFÉ & STEAKHOUSE will be selling lunch and beverages on the parking lot.
This is definitely a “ONE STOP” day of BARGAINS, FUN and FOOD. Plenty of FREE parking.
This is not just an ESTATE SALE… But an ESTATE SALE EVENT !!! Don’t miss this one folks… We’ll be talking about it for a long time.
