Al's Estate Sales
Description & Details
Here's a brief history on how this sale came to be...
In 1961, Dr. Jacob Kress purchased this 1850's farmhouse and its surrounding 139 acres. When he passed away in 2017, Dr. Kress willed the property to his garden group with the stipulation that the contents of the house be sold.
PLEASE NOTE: This is a cash only sale. No checks or credit cards will be accepted.
On our middle day (Saturday) the Kress Garden Preserve members will be holding their annual plant sale and refreshments will be sold. Master Gardeners will also be on hand for questions.
Please be advised that nothing outside of the house will be for sale. As you approach the house, which holds the estate sale contents, you will see many wonderful items all around this beautiful piece of property. NONE OF THESE OUTSIDE ITEMS ARE FOR SALE. The sale will include only items inside the dwelling.
