The People's Emporium Close Out Sale & Living Estate Sale

This is a combination sale, a Going out of business for The People's Emporium and a Living Estate Sale.  Completely liquidating the contents of this building.  Due to my health I had to choose to close my business and sale the property which consist of a downtown building that includes a street frontage shop and an apartment.  The property has already been sold.  The new owners will be opening Jazzybrat's Custom Card Shack soon.

The People's Emporium specialized in online sales of antiques, collectibles, home decor, ceramics, oriental art work, unique gifts and jewelry. We have a White Rotary sewing machine in the cabinet, fabric, sewing baskets and books. We also have been working with the Freeman Estate from Arlington, TX for the past 2 years. There are many items from that estate here also.  It contains antique linens, crystal, cut glass, copper and silver/silver plate pieces, original artworks and prints, paper goods, antique sewing box, sewing notions, baby clothes, kids shoes, ladies clothes, jackets, shoes, boots, hand bags, curtains material, large rare Beatles poster, several misc fishing reels and more. 

I am also selling personal items from my apartment. That includes a nice white kitchen hutch, kitchen items, pots & pans, bread maker, pasta maker, blender, toaster oven, crystal and cut/pressed glass, bedding, vintage sleeper sofa floral pattern, love seat green, California King wood bed, sofa,  2 night stands, vintage dresser with matching night stand, lamps, square table with cast iron stand and 4 chairs from old hotel in KC, misc furniture items, concrete tools, doors, 2 old large hand made wardrobes. Also 2 antique wood dresser/sideboards,  2 vintage drop leaf tables (need repairs on drop leafs), brand new electric fireplace, round metal and glass cocktail table, 2 bar stools not matching, wood dining table, small maroon upholstered bench, apple style kitchen decor, crystal and glass collectibles, linen, large mirror, one smaller oval and one small rectangle mirrors, 2 light fixtures still in box.

Everything must go! Saturday and Sunday you will get an additional percentage off if you find one of the 18 eggs hid in the shop and apartment. The golden egg will be worth and additional 25% off any one item after the percentage off for that day!  (The fireplace, hutch and king bed are not included in any percentage off during the entire sale.)
