Sessions 3 & 4 from The Hughes/Childers Victorian Mansion In Independence Missouri.  These 2 Sessions Contain Items From The Extra Large Attic, The Many Closets & Smaller Rooms In The House.  Mostly Items From The Late 1800s To The 1980s – Some Unusual Wonderful Things!  Mary’s Uncle Was Paul Henning, Creator Of The Beverly Hillbillies, Green Acres & Petticoat Junction – As Well As Many Other Radio/Television Programs & Movies.  Mary’s Father was Petey Childers, A Well-Respected Businessman (Pharmacist) & Very Philanthropic Gentleman.  Mary Created & Operated “The School House” – A School For Children.  She Retired In 2022 At 84 Years Young.  Her “Kids”, Though Grown, Still Stop By The Old Schoolhouse To Say Hello.  The Childers Were Only The Second Family To Own This Great House!  It’s Now Time For Someone Else To Be Its Caretaker.  The House Is For Sale Now Too!!  Enjoy The Great Things That This Sale Has To Offer.  Thank You In Advance.
