WE HONOR MARKERS. MARKERS CAN BE PLACED MORNING OF SALE ONLY. MUST BE IN LINE 45 MIN PRIOR TO SALE OPENING AT 9:00 AM. . Please read terms and conditions carefully.
BOX SALE GUIDELINES!!!!
1. Furnished Box prices range from $10-$65. If you bring your own box it will be matched to prepriced boxes available. Packing supplies available for as long as they last. Fill your box or as many boxes as you like. Pull Tags for your boxes and put in Jar provided. Must have ticket listing boxes to check out.
2. Box Sale in specified area.
3. Must be able to close box unless purchasing a lamp, artwork or other large item. These items will count as one item. Max 2 lg items that exceed folded box top per box.
If you bring your own box it will be matched to prepriced boxes available. Packing supplies available for as long as they last. Fill up your box or as many boxes as you like.
Maint part of buiding is 30% off of priced marked. Must have ticket to check out. All items are being sold AS FOUND so inspect prior to purchasing. . All credit cards accepted EXCEPT PAYPAL AND ANY CARDS CONNECTED TO PAYPAL. Owner of Property and Estate Sales by Bonnie are not responsible for accidents, so please watch your step. WE ARE NOT LOADERS OR PACKERS SO PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN BRAWN! If purchases do not fit in car/truck etc.....call for back up. No refunds. If purchase is left for later pick up, Estate Sales by Bonnie and sellers not responsible for items purchased. Terms posted at door. Masks/face coverings at your discretion.
