* REMOVAL - Wednesday, December 11, 2019 10:00 - 4:00 pm (will collect payment at this time - or you may pay from the CurrencyPay link that will be included in your invoice - we can print an itemized receipt when you come to pickup your items as well)

* ALL items to be removed by this date.
* If a buyer leaves any items behind from a lot they purchased they WILL BE CHARGED a DISPOSAL FEE.
* Buyer's premium rate charged is 10%
* PAYMENT IS REQUIRED BY END OF REMOVAL DAY - NO EXCEPTIONS
