2:00pm - 4:00pm, $10 sack sale or 50% off. T-Shirt bags will be provided. If you are using your own bag/box, the price will be $10-$30 based on the size.
- Only payments accepted: Cash and VENMO
- Markers are allowed for the 8:00am open. If you leave a marker, please do not leave the immediate area/premises. If you leave, your place in line is no longer reserved and you will be required to move your marker. Markers are not allowed for the 2:00pm reopen - everyone must physically stand in line.
- No Pre-sales are allowed. Also, no prices are available before the sale unless we advertise it in the pictures.
- All sales are final. Electronics should be tested before purchase.
- We are not responsible for accidents, whether on the exterior property or inside the house.
- Bring your own help to load large/heavy item.
