1 - Read First This is a liquidation auction for a beautiful estate in Innsbrook. This is a gated community outside Wright City 25 miles west of St Charles, Mo. By bidding you agree to all terms and conditions. This home is located at the end of a tree lined gravel road. We can only have 1 vehicle at garage and 1 at the home at a time. We will have first come first serve a end of drive. If you are good with a trailer you could probably turn around a 12 foot trailer at the end of driveway. Any box truck larger that 12 foot will probably need to be backed down driveway. No help will be provided to loading and unloading. If you are not picking your items up yourself you will need to let us know who is picking up and when so you can be put on the list at the gate.
