Noted Archeologist, Art History Professor, and Doctor of Philosophy! This historic time capsule is bursting at the seams with the energy and treasures of a long life, well traveled, and well lived. This estate also includes many personal and military effects of Erin's uncle, noted Brig. General Kermit L. Davis. Erin was the caretaker of absolutely everything imaginable! All items will be priced for immediate purchase. All valuables are stored off site. The property is under live video surveillance. No preview prior to sale. The sale will begin at 9am both days. Terms are CASH ONLY (limited internet connectivity). All items will be sold AS IS, with no warranties either expressed or implied. Announcements day of sale, supersede all published material. She lovingly filled it to the rafters with her unique collections from her travels around the globe.
