We do our very best to make sure everything we advertise is at our sales, however sometimes there are things beyond our control, so announcements sale days take precedence over any and all printed material. If you are buying furniture, please bring help to load. We hope to be able to take credit cards, but no guarantees on that. ( It will depend on which way the wind is blowing. :-) ) Our internet service is totally unpredictable in this area.
Sunday info.....we open at noon. Silver and jewelry will be 50% off. Piano will be priced at $2400.00. Everything else will be 75% off unless otherwise marked. And the yellow limo golf cart will be running again!
Good morning! So wonderful to see that sunshine! Address for the Caplinger Estate Sale is 2200 North Dr. North Dr. is only one short block long and no curbs. With all the wet weather lately, and to keep the neighbors happy, we are asking that you park on Haaf St. It’s an easy walk to the house. However, we will also have a golf cart limo to take you to the house beginning around 8 AM. Doors will open at 9 AM. If you purchase furniture, you will be able to drive to the home to pick it up! Hours for the sale are 9 am to 4 pm Friday, 9 am to 4 pm Saturday and noon to 4 on Sunday. This house is packed full. Please be patient! Thanks and see you at the sale! PS. The views of the river are fantastic!
