SPRING CONSIGNMENT AUCTION - STINNETT AUCTION SERVICE

Condition of Items:
All items sell to the highest bidder. Everything is sold AS IS, WHERE IS with no warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied. Descriptions are believed to be accurate but are not guaranteed. All sales are final.

Buyer’s Premium:
A 10% Buyer’s Premium will be added to all winning bids.

Payment:
Payment must be made in full before items are released.
We accept cash at pickup, pre-approved checks, and credit/debit cards (3% processing fee applies to card payments).

Cards on file will be automatically charged after the auction unless prior arrangements have been made.

If cash buyers fail to pay on the scheduled pick up dates, Cash Pay will be removed and automatically charged to your card on file with Hibid.

Large purchases of over $500 or more, especially for Gold, Autos, Firearms, etc. may require payment by cash, cashier's check or wire transfer only, especially if you are not known to the company or have a low bidder reputation score.

Pickup:
Pickup dates, times, and general location will be listed in the auction details. Winning bidders will receive an email with the exact pickup address and instructions.

Items must be picked up during the scheduled pickup window unless prior arrangements are made.

Items not picked up and with no contact made within 20 days will be considered abandoned and may be resold or disposed of at the auction company's discretion.

Shipping:
Shipping is available on select items only.

Shipping must be arranged prior to the auction. If shipping is not arranged beforehand, items will be considered pickup only.

All shipping and handling costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

By placing a bid, you confirm that you can pick up during the scheduled time or have arranged shipping prior to the auction.

Bids placed are a binding agreement to purchase.

Failure to pay or pick up items may result in account restrictions or bidding privileges being revoked.

We reserve the right to pause, cancel, or reopen the auction if technical issues such as computer system or internet problems occur. The auction may be delayed until the issue has been resolved.

By registering and placing bids, bidders agree to these terms and conditions
