-home is located on a dead end road. Parking will only be allowed on the north side of the road to allow traffic to get through. 
- this sale has a lot of different areas where items are for sale. In the home there are items for sale on all three levels of the home. Clients are still living in the home so some rooms are closed with items that will not be for sale. 
There is also a garage, detached garage, outside items, and a large carriage house! 
-we will have outdoor checkout and there is a separate driveway to pick up larger items that are purchased from the carriage house.
