All items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS to the highest bidder. No warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied, are offered on any item. Descriptions are believed to be accurate but are not guaranteed. By placing a bid, you accept the item in its current condition. All sales are final.

Items may be previewed by appointment only. Please review all photos carefully and ask any questions before placing your bid.

Bids placed are a binding agreement to purchase.

Buyer’s Premium & Payment Terms:
A 10% Buyer’s Premium will be added to all winning bids.
A 3% credit/debit card processing fee applies to all card payments.

If you wish to pay with cash or an approved check, you must contact Stinnett Auction Service prior to the auction closing to make arrangements.

Invoices exceeding $1,500 must be paid by wire transfer, cash, or cashier’s check. Items will only be released or shipped after funds have cleared the bank.

Invoices under $1,500 will automatically be charged to the credit/debit card on file with HiBid at the close of the auction unless prior arrangements have been made with Stinnett Auction Service.

Bidder Approval:
Stinnett Auction Service reserves the right to accept or reject any bidder at our discretion based on bid history, prior auctioneer feedback, or other relevant information.

Bidders without an established bidding history must contact us for approval prior to bidding. Failure to do so may result in bidding privileges being denied.

Auction Communications:
You may receive emails regarding this auction and future auctions.

Pickup & Shipping:
Pickup dates, times, and the general location are listed in the auction details. Winning bidders will receive an email containing the exact pickup address and instructions.

Items must be picked up during the scheduled pickup window unless prior arrangements have been made.

Shipping is available on select items only and must be arranged prior to the close of the auction. If shipping arrangements are not made before the auction closes, items will be considered pickup only.

Abandoned Items:
Items not picked up and without communication within 20 days of the auction close will be considered abandoned and may be resold or otherwise disposed of at the discretion of Stinnett Auction Service.

Failure to pay for or pick up items may result in account restrictions or revoked bidding privileges.

Technical Difficulties:
Stinnett Auction Service reserves the right to pause, cancel, extend, or reopen the auction in the event of technical difficulties, including internet or computer system issues. The auction may be delayed until such issues are resolved.

Agreement to Terms:
By registering for and placing bids in this auction, bidders acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
