HOW TO BUY AN ONLINE ITEM

1)   Once the sale starts, you can start requesting to buy an item

2)   There are 2 ways to request to buy:

      A) If you want to purchase an item, click the CONTACT TO BUY  button.  You will fill out a form and Vintage Monkey will receive an   email letting us know you plan to buy the item. Make sure that you are logged in to estatesales.net in order to submit a form.

     B) You can text and request to buy an item. Please include the item number with your request. Text 913-707-9238

     **Please DO NOT call on the phone to request to buy. Thank you!**

3)   We will contact you via text, email OR phone to let you know that you   are the “winning buyer” for a particular item. 

      **We will NOT contact you if we receive multiple requests to buy an   item and you are not first.

4)   You will need to pay for your item within 2 hours of being notified in  order to get your item. A link will be sent to you for your payment request through SQUARE. We will move to the next buyer if payment   is not made within 2 hours.

***You may not receive an invoice immediately once the sale starts. It can take SEVERAL hours to sort through all of the “request to buy” notifications. PLEASE be patient!***

5)   You will need to pick up your item during our pick up times-(specific times will be arranged due to the small size of the parking lot) -in order to buy an item.  If the item is large, you are required to bring  Help to move.  

   Pick up location will be provided upon payment!

            **Pick up will be at a condo in the EAST PLAZA near the KC ART INSTITUTE**      

         **Address will be provided after purchase**
