Please bring help to load when buying large purchases as always we will help load but can be extremely busy at times.
We accept checks up to $50.00 and all major credit cards as long as a minimum of $20 is spent. Checks over 50.00 must have a bank letter of Guarantee accompanied or Certified!!
No returns or refunds for any reason.
All items are sold As-Is Where-Is.
One entrance and one exit to our sales only.
No smoking inside of sales including e-cigs
Parents must accompany and pay attention to children under the age of 18 at all times. Please understand we are not responsible for accidents.
We offer A 5% discount at our estate sales and auctions for any Military Service member with a proper I.D.
Not included in this discount is property, homes, vehicles, or any item 0ver 300.00.

Once you buy an item you are completely responsible for that Item. All items that are not picked up by 5 pm on the final day of any sale will be stored.
Animals are not allowed inside of our sales except service animals and no smoking is allowed including E-cigs.

Auction terms
Auction BIDDER REGISTRATION:
All bidders must register and receive a bidder number for use at the auction as well as use a valid I.D. to register.
Bidders must use their bidder number on the bid sheet for their bid to be valid.
TERMS:
If Busy Beever is asked to ship any item or items purchaser must pay for the shipping and handling as well as any insurance. The minimum handling fee is 40$ per lot. Some items are just not possible to ship.
ALL PURCHASES ARE TO BE PAID IN FULL THE DAY OF THE AUCTION (30 MINUTES AFTER THE LAST ITEM IS SOLD). CASH, AND CREDIT CARD. The sale price will have a Buyer’s Premium of 10 % that will be added to the final bid accepted by the Auctioneer for cash paid and a 13% premium for Credit cards.
We accept CASH, Certified CHECKS, or a check with a bank letter of guarantee to Busy Beever LLC to accompany any personal checks. this will need to be shown at the time of registration.
WARRANTY:
EVERYTHING IN THE AUCTION IS BEING SOLD “AS IS, WHERE IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY WITHOUT GUARANTEE OF ANY KIND, AS TO AGE YEAR OF MANUFACTURER, MAKE, MODEL, CONDITION ETC. It is the buyer's responsibility to determine age, value, quality, and quantity.
NO EQUIPMENT IS TO BE REMOVED UNTIL A COMPLETE SETTLEMENT HAS BEEN MADE. SETTLEMENT MUST BE MADE ANY TIME DURING THE SALE. SETTLEMENT MUST BE MADE THAT SAME DAY!!!

Once an object has been legally transferred over to the winning bidder, Busy Beever ceases holding any liability over the object. Any damages incurred due to its use or misuse is not Busy Beever responsibility
Most auction companies require that winning bidders pay all or part of the winning bid immediately after the auction. Failure to do so may result in financial penalties or the forfeiture of the item.
We take personal checks up to $50.00 only!!! Buyer must pay, 500$ for any “NSF” check returned. In a dispute over payment, we may recover, and the Buyer is liable for any expenses, costs, or attorney fees we incur in collecting payment.
SUCCESSFUL BIDDERS:
The highest Bidder “Acknowledged” by the auctioneer is the buyer. The auctioneer shall be the sole determinant of all winning bidders and shall hold the official record of all sale prices. The auctioneer’s declaration of the winning bidder will be recorded in-house and that record of the sale price shall take precedence over any and all electronic record or online readout or any incorrect notification regarding the winning Bidder ‘And or the final hammer price for any lot sold.

Bidding on any item indicates the bidder’s acceptance of the above and below terms and conditions.

Busy Beever Ward Parkway Online Auction
This spectacular online auction is just off of Ward Parkway in Kansas City and has thousands of antiques and unique pieces.
A 40-year collection of antiques from Glass to a Stunning must-see Antique wall unit. We also have art and decorative pieces. Check out our furniture, appliances-including wine fridges and front load washer and dryer, and even segways!
THIS AUCTION runs from 4/6/2022 to 4/14/2022. Auction starts closing at 6:00pm.
Preview Days are 4/12/2022 from 11-3pm and 4/14/2022 from Noon to 4pm.
This is a gated community and will require someone from Busy Beever’s letting you into the property at the gate.

Pickup is WHEN?
Pickup is on Friday 4/15/2022 from 4-7pm. 2nd available pickup day is on 4/16/2022 from 10am to 4pm.
This is a gated community and will require someone from Busy Beever’s letting you into the property at the gate. Pickups will be scheduled through Signup Genius as we have done before at the request of the customer.
We will be asking those that attend our preview days to please remove shoes to enter.
This is obviously to preserve the carpet.
Info will be listed in Lot 500 for reference during and after the auction.
AUCTION TERMS:
All items need to be removed by you or the help you bring. If you do not pick up the items you won during these times, you forfeit the items, and still owe Busy Beever any funds from bids that you made during the online auction. You will need to bring your own packing materials. You need to treat the home you are walking into with the utmost care and respect as not to damage any part of it while removing the items you won.
PAYMENTS:
You must bring photo ID or copy of paid invoice to claim items. You are free to pay the invoice that is emailed to you or you can pay at the pickup dates of the sale by CASH, CARD, or pre-approved check (not preferred method) for the items you won. If you do not pickup your items, your card on file will be ran. If your card fails, you will be banned from any future online sales until your balance has been satisfied.
BIDDER REGISTRATION: We do not ship and we do not deliver. The final auction price will include an 13% buyer’s premium which will be added to the final bid accepted by Busy Beever auctions and estate sales. Any item less than $10 is subject to a minimum $1 buyers premium charge. If you pay cash at pickup instead of having your card ran, the buyer’s premium is only 10%.
