I’d like to dedicate this sale to my dear friend Barbara Fitzgerarld. Barbara was with me from my very first sale and helped in every step of the process, she passed peacefully recently and will be deeply missed. She LOVED helping with these sales so much!

Take a step back in time at this bountiful sale nearly a stones throw from Loose Park. This 3400 square-foot residence was the home to a prominent local surgeon and his family. The interior was designed by local interior design icon Jack Rees. Mr. Rees was world famous and known for designing the Rafael hotel and the presidential suite at the hotel Muehlebach. There are original vintage furniture pieces being offered for sale which bear is his company‘s name on the fabric swatches some of the many items being offered at this three days holiday sale will be as follows :

The top of the line lift chair from Crown industries. This is absolutely the Rolls-Royce of lift chairs. This chair was originally $2800 and was used for less than a week. Honestly one week! All the original tags are still on the chair.
