On the final day of the sale, items priced $100 and under are subject to a 50% discount beginning at 10 a.m. Items priced for more than $100 are typically not discounted, but are subject to sale by sealed bid if unsold at full price. A sealed bid may be left on any item over $100 in price at any time during the sale. Items priced at more than $100 that do not sell for the asking price may be sold to the highest sealed bid. For this estate sale, bids will be called on Saturday, December 14th, beginning at 1 p.m.
