Updated Estate Sale Procedures:

Limited Entry: We will still be limiting the number of guests in the house at one time to 7 customers per 1,000sqft. As guests leave the sale, the next guest in line will be allowed to enter. Stay 6ft Apart: Customers will need to stay 6ft apart from other customers while shopping in the house. At times customers will need to wait to enter a hall or room until other customers are finished.

Cleaning Schedule: Our team will be disinfecting surfaces throughout the day. A staff member will be at the front door, opening it for all customers entering and exiting the house. An ozone disinfection system will be running each night after the sale closes.

Not Accepting Cash: To reduce contact, we will no longer be accepting cash or checks at our sales. We will only be accepting credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
