Sale home is located just North of the Brookside shops off Wornall (between Wornall and Ward Parkway, roundabouts 62nd). Address will be posted Thursday, August 17th at 5am on estatesales.net and I will also post easy to follow maps.

Wow — just WOW on this home, the contents … and acourse the darrrrling homeowners.  This fab home is so full of everything awesome including some happyhappy good vibes … you’ll know what I mean when you come by on Thursday!

Unique statement mirrors (lots of them) including an antique Victorian pier mirror and large wall-leaning, glass paperweights, several art pieces purchased from students at the Art Institute, large wall clocks …

Terrlfic lamp selection in both floor and table styles: (faux) driftwood, ‘crystal’, metal, vintage, and that ‘cuouldn’t-be-cuter’ tea cup lamp …

Good selection of rugs, 3 large pedestals, 12 World Market wood folding chairs, LARGE selection of bed linens, towels and decorative pillows … 

LARGE walk-in closet (and 3 full racks!) of mostly high-end men’s, women’s and young women’s clothing, coats, dresses, sweaters (including cashmere) and shoes - many men’s Ferragamo (one women’s pair), brand new men’s ECCO , 2 pairs of bike shoes and a wholebuncha others … and some fun handbags …

Framed (and some un) artwork including many Bob Holloway, large canvas world map, and a reallybig stunning Kansas City skyline on thick foam core … 

Austin acoustic guitar with case, nice metronome, large framed American flag, decent amount of kid stuff including a Pottery Barn kids’ table with 6 chairs, Little Tikes wagon and Step 2 push scooter …

2 spectacular lion accent concrete chairs, concrete planters, metal bench, outdoor rocker chairs, fire pit, 2 AllAire pedestal fans (from Restoration Hardware) … 

Weber charcoal grill with stand, 3 stainless steel tables, 3 folding Lifetime tables, tools, ladder and a garage fulla garage-y stuff … 

And a spectacular large foo dog.  Apparently Foo dogs are considered powerful protectors against evil and inauspicious energies from entering your home or business.  Say no to bad vibes and get that Foo.

* If you get to the sale before we open, please place a line marker on the sidewalk by the front door – limited entry may be necessary.

* The Blue Tape A Team does not assist with moving items – our talents lie in our personalities, not in our muscles.

* We reserve the right to check any bags that come in and go out of the home.

* If you have a question during sale hours, please text 913.709.9016 as I am usually not able to answer the phone while we’re serving guests.

* Pictures were taken on different days – items may not be in the place 

originally pictured.
