• Winning Bids: If you place a bid in this sale, and your bid is determined to be the winning bid, you become obligated to pay for the item(s) that you have won at the price you gave as your bid. The credit card associated with your account will be automatically charged for the full price of your purchases plus the buyer’s premium (typically 10%).
• Default: If you fail to pay for any item you have won for any reason, your account will be declared in default (see full terms for consequence of default).
• Picking Up Your Items: You are solely responsible for the safe and timely pick-up and removal of all items you win at this auction. Unless stated otherwise, the Auctioneer shall not hold items beyond the published removal times. The Auctioneer will not issue you a refund if you are unable to pick up and safely remove your items during the published removal times.
• Shipping and Handling is available. However, costs are not included in the final price. All parties are responsible for paying their own shipping costs once the amount has been determined based on the local USPS shipping rates. If an item does not fit in a USPS flat rate box, DO NOT BID ON IT. We will not ship it other than USPS Flat Rate. Your items will be charged to your credit card and an updated invoice with tracking number will be emailed to you.
• Abandonment: Any item that you do not pick up during the published removal times will be considered abandoned, and you will be charged a reasonable fee for the storage, removal, and/or disposal of the item.

This auction features firearms, ammunition, reloading equipment, military surplus, firearm accessories, and outdoor equipment. The catalog includes rifles and shotguns from Winchester, Century Arms, Springfield, New England Firearms, and Mossberg, along with ammunition in numerous calibers, military optics, magazines, and reloading supplies.
Firearms include a Century Arms R1A1 Sporter chambered in .308 Winchester/7.62 NATO, Mossberg 590 Shockwave 12 gauge, Winchester Model 1300 Defender and Model 1300 Field pump-action shotguns, New England Firearms Pardner SB1 .410 shotgun, Springfield Model 850H .22 rifle, and Winchester Model 67 .22 rifle.
Ammunition is offered in multiple lots, including .22 LR, .308, .38 Special, 9mm, .45 Colt, .45 Auto, .45 Win Mag, .30 Carbine, .223, 7×57, and other military and sporting calibers. Several lots include military ammunition cans, magazines, and assorted cartridges. Round counts are approximate, and ammunition may include reloads.
Reloading equipment includes a Dillon Precision RL 550 progressive reloading press, Lee Load-All II shotshell reloading equipment, a Lee C-frame press, primers, brass casings, and additional components. Firearm accessories include a Belarus-made PO3-9x42M military rifle scope, French MAS 49/56 night sights, rifle scopes, magazines, holsters, gun parts, and cleaning supplies.
Military surplus represents a substantial portion of the auction, including French military leather harnesses and ammunition pouches, West German Bundeswehr gas mask canisters, East German military accessories, U.S. military field gear, canvas bags, webbing, uniforms, camouflage clothing, shelter-half tents, and numerous metal ammunition cans.
