Bids are accepted on items $50.00 or more, however, the bid must be over 50% of the marked price. Bidding ends at 1:00 on Saturday.
Items with bids can be purchased at full price or bid upon until 1pm Saturday. Bid items will be sold to the highest bidder.

Patricia Allen has graciously asked HSH Estates to host a sale in this updated older home located in Kansas City North which is available for sale by owner. The house has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a partially finished basement, and a fenced yard. If you ae in the market for a new home, please consider the features of this one as you walk through the sale.
Inside the sale, you will find an eclectic collection of household décor. There is a child-size table and chairs amongst other children’s items. Something we don’t often have is the men’s 2XL Tall clothing including suit jackets, sports jackets, shirts, and more.
The only way to determine the price or availability of an item is to attend the sale. We are unable to respond to email or phone requests for information or holds on specific items.
NO money or valuables are left on the premises after hours.
