Private Estate Sale. Cash only. No checks. Not Responsible for accidents of any kind in the house or on the exterior property. Please Bring Help to Load Large Items, as we do not have staff onsite to assist. Please bring your own tools for assembly or disassembly. All items must be picked up by 4pm on Saturday, July 30th. We do not ship anything. You must attend the sale to purchase items. Please do not call about availability of items or pricing during the sale (we will not respond). Sale hours are firm, no early or late showings. No public Restrooms. Check all items before purchasing, no refunds. No drinks (except bottled water) or food. No pets except service animals.
