Sales Terms: • All sales are final. Once merchandise has been purchased, there are absolutely no refunds, returns, or exchanges for any reason. • All items are sold in “as is” condition and buyers are responsible for inspection of all items prior to purchasing them. • We accept major credit cards for $20 minimum purchase with proper ID. Sorry, no debit cards and no personal or business checks. • All sales are first come, first served. Be first in line Thursday at 9:00am for best selection. We may restrict entry when needed for safety reasons. • Friday – 25% OFF. Saturday – 50% OFF. Items under $1 will not be discounted. A few items may not be subject to 50% discount and are marked “owner reserve”. Please Note: • We do not move, load, or deliver purchased items. Large or heavy items may require the buyer to arrange for extra help. • Please do not park on neighbors’ lawns or block their driveways. By HOA rules, parking is permitted on one side of our street only as marked; violators may be towed at their own expense. • No large purses or bags are allowed in our sales. • No smoking, E-cigs, or vapors on the premises. We reserve the right to refuse entrance to patrons who may risk the safety of others. No pets are allowed on the premises. Conditions: • We are not responsible for any accidents or injury. • Fraudulent activity such as theft or price tag tampering is subject to prosecution. • Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Limited space prohibits strollers. Guests are liable for any item damaged by the guest or his/her child. • Sorry, we do not discuss prices before the sale via phone, text, or email, nor do we pre-sell items or take sales over the phone or email. • All purchased items must be removed during sale hours only.
