1) PLEASE DO NOT CALL OR EMAIL regarding any information, INCLUDING PRICING, before the sale starts (we will not respond).
2) You MUST attend the sale to purchase items. Please DO NOT call about availability of items or pricing during the sale (we will not respond).
3) We DO NOT ship items. We DO NOT take bids.
4) All items are removed from the sale after the sale closes. No items are available for purchase after the completion of the sale.
5) We accept major credit cards, debit cards and cash but NO CHECKS
6) We are not responsible for accidents, whether on the exterior property or inside the house.
7) BRING YOUR OWN HELP TO LOAD LARGE HEAVY ITEMS. There are NO exceptions.
8) Mask or Face coverings are OPTIONAL.
9) Please observe Social Distancing while lining up before the sale and while shopping.
10) There WILL BE limited entry. Please be patient as we are just trying to keep everybody safe in a small space.
11) No drinks are allowed in the home.
12) There is a limit to 1 person at a time per staff at the display cases.
13) Markers are allowed. If you leave a marker, please do NOT leave the immediate area/premises. If you leave, your place in line is no longer reserved and you will be required to move your marker.
