Updated Estate Sale Procedures:

• Not Accepting Cash: To reduce contact, we will no longer be accepting cash or checks at our sales. We will only be accepting credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
   

• Delivery Available: Customers can now choose to have items delivered to their house (garage or doorstep drop off only) for a fee. Delivery is available within 15 miles of the sale house. $90 per standard item & $175 per extra large item.

• Per mandate by Kansas City, MO, face masks must be worn while attending our sales.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

Q: Will you be limiting customer entry?

A: We will be limiting the number of guests in the house at one time. As guests leave the sale, the next guest will be allowed to enter. Guests waiting in line will need to stand 6 ft apart. Customers will need to stay 6ft apart from other customers while shopping in the house. At times customers will need to wait to enter a hall or room until other customers are finished. 

Q: Are face coverings required?

A: Per mandate by Kansas City, MO, face masks must be worn while attending our sales.

Q: Do you accept credit cards and/or checks at your sale?

A: To reduce contact, we will no longer be accepting cash or checks at our sales. We will only be accepting credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Q: What is your refund policy?

A: We do not offer refunds and encourage buyers to review the item description and photos before purchasing. All sales are final and as-is.
