2) Payment will be charged to credit card on file with the auction company.
3) Open House Preview: Monday, May 29, from 3:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.
4) The first lots end at 7:00 p.m. central, on Monday, May 29, 2017. There will be a staggered ending, with 3 lots ending each subsequent minute until all lots are sold. Each lot is subject to extended bidding, meaning that any bid within the last minute of bidding time will extend bidding for an extra 3 minutes. This will continue until there is a 3 minute span without bids.
5)Purchases can be picked up Tuesday, May 30, from Noon to 7pm; and Wednesday, May 31, from 9am to Noon. The Liberty, Missouri, pick up location will be provided the morning of May 29.
6) If shipping, please call 816-399-9627, or email EricImanAuctions@gmail.com, and we will get you in touch with the appropriate shipping company. All shipping arrangements should be made by 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 30, 2017.

As the Sadler family will be moving from their Ballybrook home, they have decided to sell a fabulous selection of antique furniture & home decor, a Kawai grand piano, a Howard Miller grandfather clock, tools & equipment from their large shop, and a recording studio full of professional grade audio/visual equipment, including the most impressive drum kit that I've ever seen - like Neil Peart level. Also selling will be a Kawasaki 4-wheeler, a Trailmaster Go Kart, a Kubota ZD 331 Pro 72 Commercial mower, and a Ford F-150. Appliances being sold are a Viking dual convection oven, Danby wine fridge, U-Line ice machine, Kitchen Aid trash compactor, Elkay water fountain, and ventilation systems. Among the collection of Rock & Roll memorabilia are an original Bally KISS pinball machine, vintage KISS posters, an autographed edition of KISSTORY, and much more.
