Cash only unless known to sale company.
There will be items available for PRESALE as soon as pictures go up. Call 314-808-5707 (8am-5pm) to see items. Must be removed from the premises before Sale Day on 8/24.
Bring help to move large items.
Bring tools to remove any fixtures.
All items must be removed from the premises by Sunday, August 25 unless special arrangements are made.
Neither the sale company nor the property owner are responsible for accidents.

Estate and demolition sale in prime Kirkwood neighborhood. Everything must go!

Selling vintage interior doors, hardwood flooring, vintage white metal cabinets, kitchen appliances, fixtures, Dandee window shutters and estate items in ONE day. There will be items available for *PRESALE* as soon as pictures are posted. See descriptions on the pictures for those specific items. Call to set up an appointment to view. There will be no discounts on presale items.

Estate items include an early chest of drawers, beds, furniture, glassware, early photographs, tin types, sterling and silver plate, framed art, books, men's designer clothing and shoes, sports equipment, watches, camera equipment and so much more. All are priced to sell.

Prices will be firm from opening to 12:00. We will close briefly at 12:00 and reopen with everything 50% off until 2:00pm. From 2:05pm until close it will be "FILL A BAG FOR $5.00!" ALL MUST GO!!!

Any fixtures, doors, flooring, cabinets must be removed by Sunday, August 23 unless other arrangements are made.
