All Item Handling Done By Buyer: Removing furniture and any large, heavy items from the Estate Sale, as well as loading of these items is done only by the buyer.
Loading Assistance Recommended: We highly suggest the buyer bring extra help to load or transport these large/heavy items as well.
All Items Sold "As Is": All items available for purchase at this estate sale are sold in their current condition, whether marked with ‘AS IS’ or not.
All Sales Are Final: All sales are considered final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be accepted. Buyers are responsible for inspecting and verifying the condition of items before making a purchase. Once an item is sold, it becomes the sole responsibility of the buyer.
Must Pickup Day Of: We request that all items bought by a customer, if small, must be picked up by the end of that sale day.
Not Responsible for Breakages or Accidents: We are NOT responsible for any breakages or accidents done by buyer. Buyers are responsible for anything broken before and after purchases.
Dishes and Breakable Items: Dishes and any other breakable items that need to be wrapped for protection of transporting from the Estate Sale may only be done by the buyer.
