Q: Will you be limiting customer entry?

A: We will be limiting the number of guests in the house at one time to 7 customers per 1,000sqft. As guests leave the sale, the next guest will be allowed to enter. Guests waiting in line will need to stand 6 ft apart. Customers will need to stay 6ft apart from other customers while shopping in the house. At times customers will need to wait to enter a hall or room until other customers are finished. 

Q: Are face coverings required?

A: Face coverings will be required for all customers shopping and all Brown Button staff working the sale. Masks will be available for purchase for $2 each. 

Q: Do you accept credit cards and/or checks at your sale?

A: To reduce contact, we will no longer be accepting cash or checks at our sales. We will only be accepting credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. 

Q: Do you sell any items online?

A: A selection of items from this sale will be available for purchase online. Buyers can choose between curbside pickup or delivery to your house. These items will be available for purchase starting two days before the in-home sale begins. Online items will be discounted in tandem with the sale discount schedule. 

Q: What is your refund policy?

A: We do not offer refunds and encourage buyers to review the item description and photos before purchasing. All sales are final and as-is.

Q: If I purchase an item, how do I handle the pick-up? 

A: Buyers can choose between curbside pickup or delivery to your house. Buyers can have items delivered to their house (garage drop off only) for a flat fee of $35. Delivery is available within 15 miles of the sale house.
