All items are full price. Bids are accepted on items $50.00 or more, however, the bid must be over 50% of the marked price.
Friday - 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM - most items 25% off.
Saturday - 9:00 AM to 3:45 PM - 50% off all items UNLESS
we have received a bid over 50% off marked price. Items with bids can be purchased at full price or bid upon. Items not selling at full price will be sold to the highest bidder.
Saturday from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM all remaining items are reduced to 66% off marked price

This is the living estate of Wilma and James Brown. Wilma is a well known and longtime realtor in Lee’s Summit.
The house is for sale. It is in Winterset Park. It has 6 garages - yes 6. There are four large bedrooms on the main floor. There is a screened in porch that overlooks a private back yard.
