Terms

The sale will be held on a Friday and Saturday with discounts on Saturday. Everything has to be out of the house by Sunday.
No pre sales or quoting of pricing on sale items. All sales are cash and credit cards. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Removing items from the sale is the responsibility of the buyer at the time of purchase. We do not have movers.

This sale includes the home owner's items as well as consignment items from another party. 

The homeowner has a nice eclectic assortment that includes antique 4' dia walking spinning dia wheel, Working American Beauty portable sewing machine,  Mid Century Modern formica table and dining room table with 6 chairs and 3 leaves,  Danish style China Cabinet, Console table, newer desk, Sofa, mid century chairs, coffee table and end table, children's desk with little swivel office chair,  wash stand, trunk and old crates, cobbler set in box, crocks,  MCM pole lamp, MCM formica kitchen table, misc wood shelves, table made with shutters, antique trunk, hand made clothes,
