Bids are accepted on items $50.00 or more, however, the bid must be over 50% of the marked price. Bidding ends at 1:00 on Saturday.
Items with bids can be purchased at full price or bid upon until 1pm Saturday. Bid items will be sold to the highest bidder.

HSH Estate Sales, Inc is hosting this event for Patty Ledford in her home. Located in an upscale Lee’s Summit neighborhood, this house is for sale. It is a story and half design with 4 bedrooms and an office/study. Notice the open living area, full basement, and screen-in back porch.
