All sales are final. No returns, exchanges, or refunds.

We accept cash and electronic payments (Venmo or Zelle). Please bring help to load large or heavy items, as staff may not be available to assist. All items must be removed by the end of the sale unless prior arrangements have been made.

We are not responsible for accidents or injuries on the property. Please shop carefully and at your own risk.

Items are sold as-is, where-is, with no guarantees or warranties. We do our best to accurately describe and price items, but it is the buyer’s responsibility to inspect all items prior to purchase.

Please be respectful of the home and do not enter areas marked off or closed to the public. Any items not marked for sale are not available for purchase.

We reserve the right to limit the number of customers inside at one time for safety and security. A sign-up sheet may be posted prior to opening. Entry will be honored in the order of sign-in.

Please bring your own bags or boxes for purchases.

Please be mindful of neighbors and do not block driveways or roadways.

Pricing discounts may be offered on subsequent sale days at our discretion.
